We’re looking for a Sales Onboarding Specialist to join our global Revenue Enablement team within the Revenue organization. This role is based in Denver, CO, with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Own sales onboarding: Turn new sales hires into confident, certified, ramped sellers.
• Run onboarding week: Lead sessions, bring in SMEs and managers, and keep the room engaged.
• Global onboarding coordination: Work with regional enablement partners to ensure a consistent onboarding program across all hubs.
• Content updates: Use AI to update onboarding content as the business changes.
• Certifications: Run certifications with managers using AI role-play bots and knowledge checks.
• Coaching: Follow each AMER new hire from Week 2 to around month 3, using AI call analysis.
• LMS administration: Build and assign learning programs in Allego, manage joiners and leavers, and run completion reports.
• AI asset management: Maintain and extend AI assets behind onboarding, analyze feedback, and propose data-backed changes.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years in a customer-facing B2B role. SDR or BDR experience is strongly preferred.
• Skills: Confident presenter and facilitator, evidence of coaching or mentoring peers.
• AI proficiency: Daily use of AI tools and experience building AI assets.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple moving parts for several cohorts at once.
• Preferred background: SaaS, hospitality, or hotel experience. Familiarity with the Kirkpatrick evaluation model or an LMS such as Allego.
