We are currently seeking a Sales Operation Manager in Jakarta Raya, Indonesia. This role is pivotal in managing and deploying the operational strategy, business processes, and systems for the overall distribution operations, including order fulfillment, warehousing, inventory management, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Drive and improve distributor service levels and sales reps' productivity by navigating constraints and solving bottleneck processes at the distributor level.
- Utilize data-driven analytical tools and systems to continuously monitor operations, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimization strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated operational issues.
- Ensure all operations adhere to industry safety protocols and comply with OSHA, DOT, or other governmental regulations.
Requirements
- Strong distributor handling skills and knowledge of end-to-end distributor operations.
- Strong knowledge of the onboarding and termination process of distributors.
- Experience in FMCG or Consumer Goods Distribution companies is a plus.
- Good networking and connections with distributors are a plus.
- Highly adaptive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
