About the Position

As a Sales Operations Lead, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring seamless execution across forecasting, supply planning, customer service, and commercial operations. This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of customers, sales, supply chain, finance, and operations.

Whether you're coming from account management, customer service, supply chain, or commercial operations, this position offers a unique opportunity to build broad business expertise, gain customer-facing experience, and develop into larger commercial leadership roles over time.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day execution and customer success for assigned accounts, serving as a trusted partner and primary point of contact.
Drive forecasting, supply planning, and service performance to ensure customer needs are met and business goals are achieved.
Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and maintain a seamless customer experience.
Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations to align priorities and close gaps to plan.
Monitor account performance, contract commitments, and key business metrics while communicating progress, risks, and recovery plans.
Take increasing ownership of customer relationships and business results as you grow into larger accounts and expanded commercial responsibilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, supply chain, commercial operations, or a related field.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Self-starter mentality with a desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
Experience in a matrixed or cross-functional organization is a plus.
