Description of the Company

Ubisoft is a global leader in the video game industry, with teams around the world creating original and memorable gaming experiences, from Assassin’s Creed to Rainbow Six, Just Dance, and more. Description of the Role

The Sales Planning (Global Publishing) team is tasked with maximizing the revenue of Ubisoft games by building the best possible offers for our digital partners (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Nintendo, Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Store, etc.), while maintaining a consumer-centric approach.

At the heart of this mission, SKU (Shopping Key Units) Planning plays a key role: structuring and coordinating the various editions and products (Standard, Deluxe, Gold, Ultimate, etc.) to ensure their coherence and harmonious integration across all stores.

Supervised by a Program Manager – SKU Planning, you will support the team and actively participate in the construction and updating of our game edition plans. Your missions will allow you to gain a cross-functional and strategic vision of Ubisoft offers, while developing your analytical and organizational skills.

Main Missions

Support for the development and structuring of offers

  • Assist the team in creating SKU Plans for new Ubisoft games (defining editions, additional content, pre-order bonuses, etc.),
  • Contribute to updating SKU Planning guidelines based on market trends and player needs,
  • Support the preparation of strategic recommendations on future offers.

Benchmark & market analysis

  • Conduct competitive research and market intelligence on editions, content, and pricing strategies of other publishers,
  • Participate in the construction of structured comparative tables (price, content, positioning),
  • Help produce clear and visual summaries to inform decision-making.

Tools & coordination support

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the SKU Plan Library, the central base of edition plans,
  • Support the team in setting up and improving tracking tools,
  • Participate in the implementation of SKU Plans in Ubisoft's back-office tool, in liaison with cross-functional teams,
  • Ensure the smooth circulation and updating of information among global and local teams.

Qualifications

  • You are a student, and ideally have some experience in Sales, Marketing, or Project Management;
  • You are a true TeamPlayer, and know how to manage your priorities and work on several files simultaneously;
  • You demonstrate rigor, organization, and creativity. You are also recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills;
  • You speak English and French fluently;
  • You are proficient in office tools (PPT, Excel, Word) and ideally have some knowledge of AI tools or PowerBI;
  • You are an active gamer, and closely follow the video game market and its news;
  • If you are looking for a unique experience in the gaming industry and are ready to take on an exciting challenge, we would love to get to know you!
