About the Position

We are seeking a Sales Professional - TRAIN to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the automotive industry. Key responsibilities include managing high-value accounts and leading complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable revenue growth and expand market share within the TRAIN sector.
• Strategically manage and cultivate high-value Tier-1 and OEM accounts.
• Serve as the central interface between the client's purchasing departments and internal engineering teams.
• Lead complex contractual negotiations and identify new business opportunities in emerging train technologies.
• Secure contracts and align strict customer technical requirements with internal R&D and manufacturing teams.
• Continuously analyze fast-moving train trends to identify new business opportunities and strategically position next-generation mobility solutions in the market.

Requirements
