Our ultimate goal is to contribute to creating the best value proposition for our dealers by implementing standardized processes and sharing best practices across our sales organization.
Your New Role
- Drive sales initiatives tightly aligned to market realities and group targets;
- Identify, quantify, and act on sales trends and performance gaps using rigorous market and data analysis;
- Own sales forecasting and reporting end-to-end: targets, dealers, tools, and clear accountability for results;
- Deliver concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders; escalate blockers and push corrective actions fast;
- Work cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, BI, Marketing).
Requirements
- First working experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations, or in a dynamic, fast-paced international scale-up environment;
- SQL knowledge, experience using GSheets and other tools to manipulate and analyze large, complex data sets, CRM experience is a plus;
- Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluent in English, other EU languages are a plus.
