Responsibilities
- 在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务。
- 以授课、培训及操作班等形式为客户提供专业的咨询，推广公司产品, 争取客户订单，参与客户招标，负责区域内客户拓展。
- 收集整理现有和潜在客户资料，发现和抓住市场机会，完成经营目标，维系客户关系。
- 负责终端客户的反馈跟进, 协助市场活动的举办。
- 负责协助代理商开发新的客户，防止代理商串货。
- 负责处理不良品的退换和投诉, 跟踪客户订单和交货安排及追收货款工作。
- 根据客户需求和市场变化，对公司的产品和服务提出改进建议。
- 完成主管/经理交办的其它事项，经常出差。
Requirements
- Education Background:
- Full-time college or above education, with a background in dental or oral-related majors preferred.
- Work Experience:
- More than four years of experience in sales of medical products in foreign-funded companies, with experience in sales of dental products preferred.
- Skills Requirements:
- Excellent communication and sales negotiation skills.
- Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Proactive and motivated with strong initiative.
- Clear and logical thinking.
- Ability to withstand pressure and adapt to frequent travel.
