About the Position
We are expanding our Sales team in Czechia. We are looking for an energetic "hunter" who wants to help digitize the gastronomic world. Whether you are a junior or an experienced professional, what matters most to us is your attitude, energy, and desire to grow.
Responsibilities
- Actively search for and approach new gastro businesses in Plzen/Brno and the surroundings.
- Meet with restaurant owners and managers to present the Choice ecosystem.
- Conduct system demos and negotiate terms to enter into new partnerships.
- Manage your own sales pipeline using a modern CRM system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Monitor market trends and stay ahead of the competition.
- Close deals and directly contribute to the digital transformation of the industry.
Requirements
- Possesses a strong business acumen or a deep desire to learn it.
- Enjoys communicating with people and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.
- Proactive, independent, and goal-oriented.
- A team player with high energy and a positive mindset.
- Native-level proficiency in Czech.
- English at an Intermediate level (B1) for internal communication.
