Sales Setter

About the Position

We are looking for a motivated Sales Setter to join Solmser Feinblech und Apparatebau GmbH in Solms, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for initial customer contact, sales opportunity identification, and CRM management.

Responsibilities

• Initial telephone contact with new customers and identification of decision-makers
• Identification and qualification of sales opportunities
• Generate qualified appointments for the field sales team and sales management
• Follow-up on marketing campaigns and incoming leads
• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Close collaboration with sales, marketing, and management
• Contribute to increasing order intake

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of telephoning
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• Initial experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage
• Confident demeanor and persuasiveness
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems
• Technical understanding or interest in technical products desirable
