What exactly do we do?

We manage the circulation of used gadgets. We buy them back directly from companies or arrange a Trade-In process with retailers. Then, we sell used and refurbished devices through our e-commerce and brick-and-mortar stores, like Breezy Experience Stores and Breezy iSlands, and our partner points.

Why does this matter?

We nudge device users (which, let’s face it, is pretty much everyone) to make the best decision for themselves and our planet. We’ve made the Trade-In process so easy, lucrative, and fab and our refurbished equipment so stylish, thoroughly tested, and budget-friendly that the buyer’s hand reaches out to take advantage of these eco-offers.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer engagement in our online store.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales strategies.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent service.

Requirements

• Junior level experience in sales or customer engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Engagement.
