Responsibilities
- Sell high-quality equipment at good prices to customers (orders from the website)
- Advise customers and help them choose gadgets according to their needs
- Answer incoming calls
- Process orders from the website and work with chats
- Maintain the customer database in CRM
Requirements
- Successful experience in electronics sales (online store)
- Achievement-oriented mindset in both work and personal life
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
