Sales Specialist

About the Role and Team
RozetkaPay is a payment service that ensures a convenient and simple process for online and offline purchases. RozetkaPay provides transactions for over 30 thousand Ukrainian entrepreneurs.
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our B2B sales direction. This role is ideal for those who have a systemic understanding of B2B sales, know key methodologies, and strive for growth. We are ready to teach you everything and adapt your knowledge to the fintech niche.
You will work in a driven team that already includes a Team Lead, Sales Specialist, Key Account Manager, and Sales Processes Administrator. Additionally, you will actively interact with colleagues from marketing and product to create the best customer experience together.
Responsibilities
- Work with leads: Handle incoming inquiries and independently search for clients in target segments (cold outreach)
- Manage processes: Accurately and timely record all information in CRM and Google Sheets (accuracy and a systematic approach are important for us)
- Drive results: Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in B2B sales (ideally in IT, Fintech, or SaaS)
- Experience in cold outreach to clients from medium and large businesses
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Google Sheets
- A desire to learn and quickly immerse yourself in the nuances of the fintech market

Working Conditions
