About the Position
Sales Specialist - Poland
Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a talented and ambitious Sales Specialist to join our Commercial Team in Warsaw, Poland. Our mission is to deliver an amazing experience-fast, easy, and to your door. We operate in around 70 countries worldwide and are headquartered in Berlin, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize partner growth, increase sales, and strengthen Glovo’s market presence.
- Build and manage a high-performing portfolio of partners, identifying opportunities to boost their sales and visibility through tailored promotions and initiatives.
- Optimize sales performance by analyzing key metrics such as order volume, product sales, ROI on campaigns, and operational efficiency.
- Drive data-backed decision-making-investigate underperforming campaigns, identify sales trends, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Run commercial projects to strengthen Glovo’s position in key areas, ensuring partner success and market share growth.
- Lead internal strategic initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, pitching success rates, and overall team productivity.
- Engage with partners proactively-call restaurants, pitch opportunities, and negotiate deals to unlock new growth.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or account management-comfortable reaching out to partners, making calls, and pitching solutions.
- Strong analytical skills-comfortable with numbers, can spot trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strategic thinking-help partners grow beyond just managing them.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills-know how to influence and build long-term relationships.
- Adaptability and problem-solving-thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
