Responsibilities
- Advise customers using presentation materials to win orders
- Proactively accompany customers and global sales teams from early acquisition through order award negotiations
- Collaborate with global sales colleagues and internal technical departments to enable sustainable growth
- Align and release customer specifications
- Identify new application opportunities based on customer requirements
- Review and evaluate competitor products; develop upgrade proposals for outdated solutions
- Recognize and assess risks to ensure pricing and result quality
Requirements
- Completed technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Business Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or similar) or equivalent qualification
- Multi-year experience in hydraulics, actuation, and control engineering
- Very good understanding of turbines and turbomachinery (ideally)
- Proactive sales work, communication skills, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong customer and results orientation; confident in intercultural environments
- Good SAP and MS Office skills
- Very good German and English (spoken and written)
- Willingness for international travel (~20%)
