As a Sales Support Manager:in (m/w/d) in the Groceries, Drugstores & Department Stores team, you will be part of a success story. Are you open-minded, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues, and are an excellent organizational talent? Do you also value working independently? Then you have the qualities to support our customers in achieving their goals and become part of a great team.

Responsibilities

• Customer communication and handling of large customer campaigns in the team with Key Account Managers
• Proactively ensuring advertising materials
• Accompanying campaigns and ensuring customer goals (internal communication)
• Subsequent creation of reports and initial analyses for customers

Requirements

Your Profile:

• Customer satisfaction is not a foreign concept to you
• You enjoy working independently and can organize yourself well
• At the same time, you enjoy working with and being part of a team
• Initial experience with digital advertising or interest in this area
• You keep track, analytical thinking excites you
• You have experience with MS Office programs, especially Excel
• Excellent German skills (min. C1) and very good English skills (min. B2) round out your profile
