Sales Systems Support Coordinator with German | f/m/d

Responsibilities

• Supporting personnel administration tasks together with the sales tool (EASY) Support Team Leader
• Helping sales teams use the EASY system and related tools effectively
• Providing phone and email support to EASY system users
• Creating and updating user guides, FAQs, and support materials
• Identifying system issues and working with relevant teams to resolve them
• Supporting improvements to processes and user experience
• Testing new system features and informing users about updates
• Coordinating user testing activities before system releases
• Maintaining training environments and supporting user training sessions
• Preparing release notes and user communications
• Participating in improvement initiatives and team projects
• Handling escalations and ensuring user issues are resolved on time

Requirements

• Good language skill in English (B2)
• Full professional fluency in German (C2)
• Customer service experience, software business experience
• 4-5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of business and process analysis
• Technical understanding and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with demanding customers
• Initial management experience
• High degree of initiative, result-orientation, and responsibility
• Willingness to work on individual days at weekends (approx. 4 per year)
• Willingness to travel

• Good understanding of sales-related systems and applications
