Sales Systems Support Specialist with German | f/m/d

On the business side, we also support the Group in various end-to-end insurance processes, including finance, operations, and underwriting. Responsibilities

• Supporting sales teams in using the sales tool (EASY) and related tools by phone and in writing
• Helping users solve system and process-related issues
• Creating and updating user guides, FAQs, and support documentation
• Maintaining the knowledge base and sharing best practices
• Testing new system features and updates before release
• Coordinating user testing activities and gathering feedback
• Preparing release notes and communicating system changes
• Managing training environments and supporting user training sessions

Requirements

• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B1)
• Customer service experience, software business experience
• At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Good knowledge of business and process analysis, sales processes, and sales channel specifics
• Strong technical understanding and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with demanding customers
• Willingness to work on occasional weekends (approximately four days per year)
