About the Position
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator / Developer to fully manage Sales Cloud, including customizations, automations, and development, ensuring the sales team works efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage, customize, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business needs.
- Develop and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and flows to automate business processes.
- Oversee data imports, exports, and cleansing using standard Salesforce tools and dataloader.io.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement new features and improvements.
- Troubleshoot, test, and optimize Salesforce solutions for performance and reliability.
- Potentially support integration with third-party apps and AI tools such as AgentForce.
Requirements
Required
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Flows, and declarative automation.
- Experience supporting 50+ users in a Salesforce environment.
- Excellent English communication skills for remote collaboration.
Preferred
- Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification.
- Experience with AI products like AgentForce.
- Experience with marketing cloud or other Salesforce Clouds beyond Sales Cloud.
