Job description

About the Position

We are seeking a Salesforce & GTM Systems Lead to join our global team in the United Kingdom. This role involves designing scalable data models and modern workflow automations.

About Threecolts

Threecolts is a software suite built for consumer brands, helping them recover revenue, operate more efficiently, and grow across major retailers and marketplaces. Our largest business, Margin Pro, helps brands recover money owed to them by retailers and marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target by managing disputes on their behalf. We are a global team of 340 people across 33 teams, having grown through 24 acquisitions. We operate with a flat structure, giving people real ownership and the ability to move quickly. AI is embedded in how we work across the business, helping us increase speed, improve quality, and operate at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Translate evolving commercial strategies, commercial workflows, and executive directives into scalable, rock-solid Salesforce architecture and automated flows.
  • Own end-to-end CRM architecture, designing, building, and maintaining custom objects, complex flows, and third-party integrations across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with DataOps to ingest, model, and maintain data pipelines flowing into Salesforce from our core platform (Threecolts Hub) and financial systems (Sage, Stripe).
  • Lead technical scoping, build, testing, and deployment for cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Operations.
  • Enforce operational hygiene, data validation rules, and system governance to ensure business logic remains reliable as the commercial model evolves.
  • Maintain system documentation, technical change logs, and deployment workflows so platform enhancements are predictable and transparent across engineering and operations.
  • Continuously audit our commercial tech stack, identifying cost-reduction opportunities and executing seamless vendor migrations without disrupting rep workflows.
  • Actively contribute to internal planning, team process design, and systems architecture roadmaps, identifying cross-functional bottlenecks and proposing scalable operational solutions that accelerate team execution and capability.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development/advanced administration experience.
  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional builds end to end.
  • Demonstrated track record designing scalable data models and modern workflow automations in complex enterprise CRM environments.
  • Proven track record of translating ambiguous business models or rapid process changes into elegant technical designs.
  • Understanding of relational database structures and event-based tracking.
  • Technically minded with a natural inclination to stay up to date on the latest developments in Salesforce, AI, and related technologies.
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment (startup and/or scaleup) in a build phase and comfortable with ambiguity.

Nice to Have

  • Proven mastery of relational database design, custom object schemas, complex validation rules, field-level security, and Governor limit management.
  • Experience leveraging native enterprise-tier capabilities to consolidate tech stack bloat and avoid unnecessary external SaaS purchases.
  • Hands-on experience or rapid technical aptitude with Sweep for visual business logic modeling, automated routing, dependency tracking, and staging-to-production deployment.
  • Experience working as an upstream recipient of data pipelines and fluent in relational concepts to ingest and map product and financial data via webhooks, REST APIs, or middleware.
  • Proven track record of executing rip-and-replace, vendor consolidation, and cost-reduction projects across the revenue stack.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with Slack for automated commercial deal alerts, approval workflows, and rep notification channels.
  • Advanced proficiency with SF Inspector, Data Loader, Workbench, and spreadsheet modeling (Google Sheets/Excel).

We Offer

  • Salary: £110,000 yearly
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Company pension scheme with employer contribution
  • Regular compensation reviews and bonus opportunities
  • Opportunity to join company-wide off sites
