What we are looking for:
We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to join GFT. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person, with an interest in continuing to develop professionally in a multicultural, challenging, and motivating environment.
The position is developed in a hybrid model, requiring availability to attend the client's offices in Martorell.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring coherence between data, security, integrations, and multi-cloud environments.
- Define technical standards, architectural principles, and the governance model of the CoE.
- Design and validate integration patterns (APIs, events, batch, and near-real-time), including solutions based on MuleSoft and their integration with SAP systems.
- Incorporate advanced platform capabilities such as Agentforce, Agent AI, Data Cloud / CDP, Salesforce Shield, and AgentFabric.
- Ensure that the designed solutions meet performance, scalability, and security criteria in regulated environments.
- Build and maintain the technical roadmap of Salesforce and ensure its alignment with business objectives.
- Act as an architectural reference, validating key decisions and participating in the dialogue with stakeholders and corporate architecture.
Requirements
- More than 8 years of experience in Salesforce, with proven experience in architecture, technical governance, and enterprise integrations.
- Solid experience as a Salesforce Architect.
- Technical education in Computer Engineering or related degrees.
- Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Agentforce, Sales, Service, Service Voice, Data Cloud, FSC, Field Service, Experience Cloud, etc).
- Solid knowledge in programming with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience in complex integrations using MuleSoft and modern integration patterns.
- Experience with Data Cloud / CDP, advanced security, and AI-based solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in security design and management of roles and profiles.
- Desirable certifications: Salesforce, CTA, Application/System Architect, etc.
