Salesforce Architect

About the Position

We're seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect with extensive experience in Salesforce Health Cloud to join our team in Kraków, Poland, for a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

• Long-term collaboration with a top international consulting firm providing IT services to large and medium-sized companies across various sectors such as automotive, healthcare, finance, banking, and manufacturing.
• Designing end-to-end solution architecture based on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform.
• Translating functional and non-functional requirements into a scalable system architecture.
• Defining integration architecture and data flows between Salesforce and external systems.
• Assessing and taking over responsibility for existing solutions provided by third-party vendors.
• Providing technical leadership and architectural support to development teams.
• Collaborating closely with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Developers, and key client stakeholders.
• Ensuring architecture compliance with Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
• Supporting governance processes, solution reviews, and architectural decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, including at least 3 years of practical experience as a Salesforce Health Cloud Architect or Solution Architect in Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
• Strong, practical knowledge of the Salesforce Health Cloud platform and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven experience in Salesforce implementation and transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture.
• Experience in designing system integrations, APIs, and data architecture.
• Skills in gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and effective stakeholder management.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, CTA, Health Cloud Accredited Professional, or equivalent).
• Experience in the healthcare or Life Sciences industry.
• Understanding of business processes in healthcare, patient management, care programs, or provider management.
• Knowledge of the UK or European healthcare market and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments and multi-country implementations.
• English proficiency at B2 or C1 level for effective communication in an international environment.
