Salesforce Business Analyst

About the Position

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and drive the successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that Salesforce capabilities are leveraged effectively to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for the Salesforce platform
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions
• Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and desired Salesforce functionality
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to align on project scope and deliverables
• Support user acceptance testing and validate that solutions meet business requirements
• Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, user stories, and business cases
• Provide recommendations for process improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist in the prioritization of the product backlog based on business value and impact

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Background in business analysis within a Salesforce environment
• Understanding of the Salesforce platform and its core capabilities
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce
• Skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
