About the Position
In Sidea Group, we guide businesses in agentic transformation, integrating Artificial Intelligence, data, and processes to rethink how companies operate, make decisions, and create value.
We accompany our clients from strategy to implementation, transforming innovation into tangible results on revenue, customer lifecycle, and operational efficiency. But technology alone is not enough: we believe that the real engine of change is people.
For this reason, we invest in the growth of our teams, continuous training, and a work environment where skills, collaboration, and curiosity make the difference.
If you want to contribute to building the future of AI applied to business and work on high-impact projects, join us.
Sidea Group has received the Gender Equality Certification of the PNRR, owned by the Department for Gender Equality of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
In our Talent Acquisition plan, we plan to include a person who will take on the role of Salesforce Business Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, distinguishing functional needs, technical constraints, and project priorities
- Translate gathered needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications, ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Independently perform Salesforce platform configuration activities (objects, fields, page layouts, Flow, validation rules, permission sets, roles and profiles, reports, and dashboards) to support designed solutions
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architect, Developer, and Project Manager to ensure full coherence between business requirements and the implemented technical solution
- Plan, prepare, and conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities with the client, writing test cases, tracking results, and managing the bug fixing cycle
- Support change management activities: preparing training materials, conducting end-user training sessions, and assisting in the platform adoption phase
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives), contributing to backlog grooming and defining release priorities
- Write and maintain project documentation (functional specifications, user manuals, requirement traceability matrices)
- Support go-live and post-go-live phases, monitoring solution adoption, collecting user feedback, and proposing continuous improvement interventions
Requirements
- At least 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role on Salesforce implementation and evolution projects
- Experience in direct configuration of the Salesforce platform and not just gathering and analyzing requirements
- Proven experience in testing activities (unit, functional, or UAT) on released or in-release Salesforce projects
- Practical experience in configuring the Salesforce platform (Flow, validation rules, page layouts, role and profile management, reports, and dashboards)
- Experience in functional testing and UAT support, with the ability to write test cases and manage defect tracking
- Solid knowledge of the processes supported by the main Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements, user stories, and technical-functional specifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand the technical implications of proposed functional choices
- Autonomy in managing workshops and interviews with client stakeholders, even at executive level
- Precision, methodological rigor, and care in the production of functional documentation
- Knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English, written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Business Analyst certification
- Knowledge of prototyping or wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq)
- Previous experience in projects in the banking, insurance, retail, or utilities sector
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
We Offer
- Competitive salary between €30,000 - €35,000
- Full-time contract
- CCNL: employees of PMI in communication, IT, and innovative services
- Hybrid work location with offices in Bari and Milan
