Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of end-to-end solution design to align with business needs and strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with product stakeholders to define scope, devise plans and develop roadmaps
  • Develop business cases and conduct feasibility assessments for new initiatives
  • Facilitate requirement workshops with global and regional teams
  • Align detailed designs to architectural standards and ensure traceability to requirements
  • Focus on user experience and Salesforce’s out-of-the-box capabilities for optimal outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements in service delivery
  • Provide input into decision-making processes alongside business stakeholders
  • Document solutions to ensure clarity and quality in agile environments
  • Plan and coordinate deployments with project and operations teams
  • Ensure solution readiness and stability during environment transitions

Requirements

  • Strong functional expertise in Salesforce (Service Cloud, Health Cloud) and solid platform knowledge
  • Background in business or technology or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • Extensive experience in solution design, business analysis or similar roles in healthcare
  • Experience working within complex global multi-team environments
  • Knowledge of Patient Services and pharmacovigilance processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in matrix and multicultural organizations
  • Organizational strength with strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
