About the Position
We're looking for a Salesforce Business Solution Architect to join our team in Poland in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will design and guide the development of innovative solutions for internal healthcare stakeholders, enabling streamlined Patient Services and Innovative Medicine capabilities. You will provide strategic direction through architecture design, ensure compliance with security standards, and influence the overall roadmap by aligning solutions with business objectives. This position offers the chance to work on high-impact global initiatives in a dynamic, regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and lead solution designs aligned with Patient Services and Innovative Medicine domains
- Support product owners and managers in defining scope and shaping future roadmaps
- Conduct feasibility assessments and participate in requirement-gathering workshops on a global and regional scale
- Ensure solution designs maximize Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities and deliver optimal user experience
- Validate designs against architecture principles and ensure traceability to functional/non-functional requirements
- Guarantee adherence to security and compliance standards within the solution delivery scope
- Document solution designs and provide implementation oversight with agility and accuracy
- Collaborate with project managers and operations teams on deployment planning and environment migrations
- Engage in decision-making forums with stakeholders, providing architectural and technical leadership
- Ensure implemented solutions meet specifications, are fit for purpose, and drive business value
Requirements
- University degree in business, IT, or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare solution design, business analysis, or architecture roles
- Strong practical functional expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Health Cloud features
- Prior experience in global, complex projects with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Deep understanding of Patient Services capability areas and pharmacovigilance-related requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills in English
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization
- High attention to detail with proven ability to manage tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Proactive, result-focused attitude with strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud Consultant, Health Cloud Specialist)
- Understanding of Pharma/Healthcare compliance frameworks
- Experience using agile methodologies for solution delivery
