To strengthen our CRM consulting organization, we are looking for several conceptually strong and implementation-experienced Consultants (m/w/d) with a focus on at least one of the CRM areas: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Community Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Solution-oriented process and technology consulting for large industrial companies
• Conducting Salesforce CRM projects as a sub-project leader and/or consultant
• Designing, conceptualizing, and implementing enterprise solutions based on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Community Cloud
• Being a competent contact person for our customers regarding the Salesforce Customer Success Platform
• Supporting pre-sales and in the establishment and expansion of our customer relationships

Requirements

What We Desire

• University degree, preferably in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
• Several years of experience in conducting and leading CRM projects
• Comprehensive CRM knowledge and integration skills in the areas of ERP, SaaS, and Cloud are desirable
• Long-standing practical experience in structured design in industrial companies
• Willingness to travel
• Very good knowledge of German and English, additional foreign languages are an advantage
