About the Position

Join our team as a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other tools.

Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and other Salesforce tools.
• Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business needs, including flows, approval processes.
• Work with D2C Ecommerce.

Integration & API Development

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop and maintain custom APIs and integration solutions for seamless data flow.

Requirement Analysis & Solution Design

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions tailored to business objectives.

Data Management

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing data migration, transformation, and cleansing processes.
• Manage large data volumes effectively and design efficient Salesforce data models.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests to ensure the reliability of Salesforce solutions.
• Identify and resolve system bugs or performance issues promptly.

Documentation & Training

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, configurations, and system architecture.
• Provide training and support to end-users and other team members as needed.

Platform Maintenance & Optimization

• Monitor and optimize Salesforce system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, implementing upgrades and improvements where appropriate.

Compliance & Security

• Ensure Salesforce implementations meet industry standards and organizational security policies.
• Implement role hierarchies, sharing rules, and access controls to safeguard sensitive data.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality projects on time.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure rigorous testing and deployment processes.

Requirements

General

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proven track record delivering mission-critical, enterprise web applications.
• Experience with version control software such as Git or similar.
• Intermediate English or above.

Salesforce & Ecommerce

• Apex, LWC.
• Experience working with APIs and 3rd party system integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Salesforce Declarative Tools (Flows/Approval Processes, etc.).
• Knowledge of general e-commerce terms and functional elements.
• D2C/B2C Commerce (WebStore, integration with Payment Platforms, Extensions).
• Experience Cloud.
