Salesforce Developer

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office at 351 King Street East, Toronto, ON)

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

As a Salesforce Developer, you will join our Enterprise Systems team, playing a crucial role in managing Salesforce operations, driving adoption, and transforming business needs into structured workflows and insights.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform
• Participate in technical design sessions and develop aligned documentation
• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements
• Create custom solutions and interfaces on the Salesforce platform
• Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery
• Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews
• Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for tasks
• Stay updated on Salesforce capabilities and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or development
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform
• Development experience with Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components
• Development experience with integration middleware platforms such as Mulesoft (nice-to-have)
• Exposure to DevOps tools (e.g., Github, Copado, Gearset) and agile software delivery
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent client-facing and oral communication skills
• College degree or equivalent experience required
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or other certifications (nice to have)
• Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or NetSuite integration a plus

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is between CAD$100,000 and CAD$115,000, depending on experience level. This role is also eligible for discretionary bonuses and/or commissions, as well as other benefits.
