About the Position
Our Portuguese team has been building up strong technological capabilities, focused mainly on Salesforce implementations and financial services operations. We are seeking a passionate Salesforce Developer to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements, guide business to follow platform best practices and translate them into technical specifications;
- Design and implement solutions using programmatic or point and click tools;
- Design and create integration logic;
- Guide younger team members;
- Continuously develop the expertise on Salesforce Platform;
- Analyze, debug/troubleshoot and solve technical challenges related to Salesforce;
- Work in an Agile/Hybrid environment.
Requirements
- A technical university degree (min. Bc.);
- Extended knowledge of Salesforce Platform (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud);
- Advanced hands-on experience with programmatic development. Apex, SOQL, LWC - JavaScript (ES6) and HTML are a must as well as basics of CSS;
- Integrations – knowledge of REST and SOAP;
- Experience (or willingness to learn) with VCS (Git) and CI/CD setup;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions;
- Sharing attitude to spread knowledge;
- Working proficiency in English is a must;
- Willingness to travel (EU).
