About the Position

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Consultant/Developer

We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant/Developer with hands-on experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC). In this role, you will work on complex implementations for clients in the financial domain (banking, insurance, wealth management), focusing on data modeling, automation, integrations, and user experience optimization within FSC.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and secure solutions in Salesforce FSC;
• Develop OmniScript, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages (if needed);
• Set up and customize FSC core features: Financial Summary Rollups, RBL, Business Rules Engine, Actionable Relationship Centre, Document Generation;
• Implement business automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes;
• Integrate FSC with third-party systems (e.g., KYC/AML, core banking, insurance systems) via REST/SOAP APIs;
• Ensure proper data security and sharing setup (role hierarchy, territories, sharing rules);
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and client-side teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions;
• Support test automation, deployments (CI/CD), and production rollouts;
• Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Salesforce development experience, including FSC projects;
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce core platform (Apex, SOQL, LWC, metadata configuration);
• Experience working with FSC data model (e.g., Person Accounts, Financial Accounts, Action Plans, Householding, Referrals, Interest Tags);
• Experience with security models relevant to financial institutions;
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket/Git;
• Experience integrating with 3rd-party APIs and services;
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience in banking, insurance, or wealth management industries;
• Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Platform Developer I, FSC Accredited Professional;
• Experience with tools like MuleSoft, Shield Platform Encryption, or Salesforce OmniStudio;
• Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools (e.g., Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, ETL tools);
• Understanding of compliance standards such as GDPR, CCPA, PCI, SOC2, relevant to financial systems.
