About the Position
We are seeking a senior Salesforce professional to operate as a Lead Developer or Consultant based on project needs. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce expertise with leadership capabilities and balances client delivery responsibilities with people and resource management activities. This role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce core platforms, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead teams, shape solutions and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and implementation initiatives
- Drive discovery workshops, requirements gathering and business process analysis
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and architecture
- Define solution blueprints, integration approaches, data models, security models and governance standards
- Provide technical and functional leadership across project teams
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects and development teams
- Guide development teams in implementing Salesforce solutions
- Review technical designs, code quality and implementation approaches
- Support integrations with external systems and enterprise platforms
- Manage, mentor and develop Salesforce consultants, developers and architects
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching and performance management activities
- Contribute to practice development, knowledge sharing and capability building initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Lead Developer, Consultant, Solution Architect or Business Solution Architect
- Experience leading distributed delivery teams with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience balancing delivery ownership with people management responsibilities
- Track record of successful Salesforce implementation programs across multiple business domains
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and capabilities for designing scalable enterprise solutions
- Knowledge of integration patterns and APIs including REST, SOAP and Platform Events
- Familiarity with MuleSoft, Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Skills in Flow Automation, Salesforce Data Model and Security & Sharing Model
- Background in DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Understanding of data migration and system integration strategy
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Health Cloud, Data Cloud and CRM Analytics / Tableau
- Background in Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Field Service
- Familiarity with Revenue Cloud and Industry Clouds
