Salesforce Solution Architect

About the Position

We are seeking an accomplished Salesforce Solution Architect with 8+ years of relevant experience to lead high-level solution design across the platform. The successful candidate will demonstrate comprehensive expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, CLM, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning - including planning and scheduling solutions - and will guide cross-functional teams through successful implementations while aligning solutions with business objectives and technical best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level solution design across the Salesforce platform.
• Demonstrate comprehensive expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, CLM, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.
• Guide cross-functional teams through successful implementations.
• Align solutions with business objectives and technical best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant Salesforce experience, with a strong track record in solution architecture.
• Comprehensive expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, CLM, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning, with particular depth in planning and scheduling processes.
• Proven ability to define architecture principles and design scalable, robust Salesforce solutions in line with business goals and platform best practices.
• Experience developing and maintaining high-level solution design documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams through end-to-end implementations.
• The ability to establish and promote technical standards, integration practices, and platform optimization across projects.
• English skills sufficient for leading technical and architectural discussions with stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and large-scale data and integration architecture.
• Experience defining governance frameworks and architecture review processes.
• Exposure to additional clouds or AppExchange/CPQ-CLM ecosystem products.
