Salesforce Specialist (Marketing Cloud)

About the Position

We're seeking to bring on a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our growing team. EPAM is conducting a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Rapid Assessment aimed at building a well-defined roadmap toward a successful MVP rollout, accomplished through reviewing existing capabilities, pinpointing gaps, and confirming requirements. This engagement centers on standing up a brand-new Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced environment for a client in the MedTech space.

Responsibilities

• Leverage demonstrated skill in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, customization, and integration within intricate enterprise settings
• Guide and coach junior developers, taking charge of development processes while safeguarding code quality
• Work directly with stakeholders to convert business objectives into technical solutions, handling client communication throughout the engagement
• Keep a sharp eye on detail to ensure scalable, high-caliber solutions are delivered even amid compressed timelines and shifting scope
• Exercise sound judgment and independence, prioritizing and juggling several active tasks without needing close supervision
• Partner smoothly with a mid-sized, cross-functional team of 6-10 people, while maintaining coordination with outside vendor resources
• Bring relevant exposure to MedTech or comparable regulated sectors, with awareness of compliance obligations and data sensitivity needs

Requirements

• Two years or more of direct, applicable experience in an equivalent position
• Take the lead on designing, building, and rolling out a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced platform suited to client needs
• Guide and support a pair of junior developers, making sure best practices are followed and tasks are completed on schedule
• Connect Salesforce Marketing Cloud with current enterprise systems to support smooth data flow and campaign execution
• Keep communication flowing consistently with client stakeholders and internal teams to manage expectations and track progress
• Perform detailed code reviews, testing procedures, and issue resolution to ensure the solution remains stable and performant
• Push forward rapid MVP delivery through effective prioritization, risk mitigation, and flexibility amid evolving requirements
• Capture technical documentation covering solutions, workflows, and integration points to aid future maintenance and enhancement work
• Possess workable communication skills and English fluency at a B2 level or higher to interpret business requirements and translate them into agentic architectures
