What we are looking for:
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead who wants to develop their professional career at GFT. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person, with an interest in continuing to develop professionally in a multicultural, challenging, and motivating environment.

The position is developed in a hybrid model, requiring availability to attend the client's offices in Martorell.

Responsibilities

• Lead technically the development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring quality, technical coherence, and good development practices.
• Act as the technical reference of the team, supporting developers in decision-making and solving complex problems.
• Design and validate technical solutions in Salesforce, including data models, business logic, security, and integrations.
• Actively participate in development, maintaining a hands-on profile when the project requires it.
• Define and ensure compliance with technical standards and good practices within the team.
• Ensure the quality of deliveries, reviewing code, anticipating technical risks, and proposing continuous improvements.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of experience in Salesforce development, including previous experience as a Technical Lead or technical reference.
• Technical education in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Knowledge in one of the main Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.
• Knowledge of solution design, good development practices, and code quality in Salesforce.
• Experience in Salesforce integrations through APIs, events, or batch processes (MuleSoft is valuable).
• Ability to technically lead teams and provide input in decision-making.
• Salesforce certifications (valuable).
