We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with expertise in Revenue Cloud (CPQ) to join our team. This role is pivotal in leading a team of consultants to bridge the gap between client business processes and Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, strong leadership skills, and the ability to tailor solutions that align with client needs while ensuring high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Revenue Cloud Consultants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes and identify Salesforce Revenue Cloud needs.
- Analyze client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored Salesforce solutions, focusing on CPQ and RCA.
- Provide expertise on Salesforce functionality, features, and potential limitations, especially within Revenue Cloud modules.
- Design and present Salesforce solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating benefits and strategic fit.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen solutions.
- Oversee customization and configuration of Salesforce CPQ and RCA to meet client specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of Salesforce applications.
- Stay current with Salesforce trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations.
- Build internal Go-To-Market (GTM) accelerators for Revenue Cloud.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
- Manage team performance, conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback.
Requirements & Competencies
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Team Leader managing a group of individual contributors.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and documentation, particularly with Revenue Cloud.
- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment and project lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for client-facing interaction.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing team members.
