About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manual and automation testing within the Salesforce ecosystem and should be able to validate system functionality, integrations, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce applications.
  • Execute manual test cases and identify opportunities to develop and initiate automated test scripts.
  • Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Ensure the quality of Salesforce releases and deployments.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of QA testing experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Testing (manual and automation).
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM modules and workflows.
  • Experience writing intermediate SQL queries (SoQL).
  • Ability to analyze business requirements for testability and design test data.
  • Experience with writing Test Plans, Test Cases, and hands-on Test Execution.
  • Familiarity with API Testing and integration testing.
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
