About the Position

We are seeking a Sales Manager with at least 2 years of B2B sales experience in iGaming to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-growing group of companies with a multicultural team of top professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new iGaming clients (brands and operators)
  • Conduct initial discovery calls and qualify leads
  • Present the agency, its services, and case studies
  • Develop tailored marketing strategies based on client goals, channels, business models, and budgets
  • Close deals, launch partnerships, and drive upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate with media buying, affiliate, and operations teams
  • Manage CRM, track deal stages, and maintain accurate sales forecasts
  • Participate in industry conferences and work with inbound and offline leads

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in iGaming, digital marketing, media buying, or affiliate marketing
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, including paid traffic, CPA/RevShare models, funnels, KPIs, LTV, and ROI
  • Ability to conduct consultative sales calls, present services, and clearly communicate value propositions
  • Confident spoken and written English
  • Strong discipline in CRM usage, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
  • Experience working with different types of clients, from small businesses to large iGaming operators

Nice to Have

  • Existing network of contacts within the iGaming industry
  • Experience selling performance-based models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
  • Participation in iGaming conferences (SiGMA, iGB, SBC, etc.)

  • Ability to quickly navigate complex and non-standard situations
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-communication environment
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach
