Šaltkalvis-taisytojas (-a)

We are looking for a Šaltkalvis-taisytojas (-a) to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. This role involves the repair and modification of aircraft structures and parts according to manufacturer instructions. Join FL Technics, a global provider of aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services.

Responsibilities

• Repair and modify aircraft structures and parts according to manufacturer instructions.
• Disassemble, remove, and assemble major aircraft structural parts following approved technical documents.
• Perform metalworking tasks such as cutting, drilling, shaping, and welding.
• Work in a team to find and implement the most effective repair solutions.
• Shift work schedule: 3 days on, 3 days off. Working hours: 7:00–19:00.
• Location: Kaunas Airport (Karmėlava).

Requirements

• Experience in a metalworking position (with cars, machinery, or metal structures) (aviation experience not necessary – we will train you).
• Ability to work with various metal structures and mechanical systems.
• Technical education is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Basic English skills, especially for understanding technical documents.
