Responsibilities

• Lead or conduct ME development activity according to ME development process
• Complete complex project tasks, driving technical problem solving, and support for relevant project tasks
• Conduct object and milestone reviews. Act as review partner to ensure delivery quality
• Cooperate with other project stakeholders (R&D cross-discipline, PM, Manufacturing, Quality, and purchasing) to ensure project success

ME Project Management

• Conduct project estimation, planning, tracking, resource organization, release, reporting, and escalation

ME Engineering

• ME requirement engineering
• ME design, check & release in system, ME data creation or maintenance in system
• Perform or coordinate mechanical testing
• Support / cooperate with other related functions internal / external
• Technique lead for responsible competence development
• Provide support to own discipline and other disciplines
• Provide consulting to other engineers for problem solving
• Coordinate lessons learned activities and define / implement improvement measures
