About the Position

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to manage warehouse processes and ensure smooth operations in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Responsibilities
- Administration of warehouse processes, ensuring that items like pencils are always in stock ✏️;
- Communication with partners via email (write lovely letters and maintain a good mood 💌);
- Monitoring robot reports and resolving errors (come to the rescue when the robot gets lost on its computer 🤖);
- Managing returned equipment errors (resolve "what is with what" situations and restore order to the shelves 💻);
- Providing assistance to the warehouse manager and other employees (Be the right hand, left foot, and sometimes just a hero 👑).
Work Schedule: Morning shift (07:00 – 16:00).
Location: Vilnius.
Requirements
- Results-oriented mindset;
- Active problem-solving skills;
- English language proficiency;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Higher or tertiary education;
- Proficiency in working with computers (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel).
