About the Position

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with 3+ years experience to join our international company in a remote position, managing digital marketing budgets and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the market, products, and marketing communications of competitors in digital channels;
• Manage the marketing budget for the digital direction, allocate resources, and monitor the efficiency of expenses;
• Manage and develop current Digital channels and search for and add new ones;
• Set tasks and KPIs for agencies, monitor the results of completed tasks (SEO, PPC, SMM);
• Work with the client base, activate loyalty mechanics, use trigger chains, mailings based on a ready-made CDP;
• Interact with CPA networks/platforms;
• Create site optimization tasks according to your needs;
• Plan and monitor the placement of promotions on the company's official sites (breezy.xx);
• Contact contractors; control the document circulation of your expenses;
• Monitor performance (Power BI+GA4).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing in a similar or higher position (Retail/E-commerce);
• Successful experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies with measurable results;
• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CPA networks (paid marketing tools);
• Deep understanding of SEO and technical aspects of the site;
• Practical experience with text advertising (PPC);
• Practical experience working with CRM marketing channels (email newsletters, messengers, web pushes, etc.);
• Budget estimation and management skills, planning, and forecasting.
