About the Position
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer specializing in HCM Payroll for a hybrid role in Warsaw, focusing on payroll system development and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of the SAP HCM Payroll (PY) area and the SAP HCM system used in the bank's human resources and payroll areas.
- Implementation of functional and technical changes in the SAP HCM system in accordance with business requirements and legal regulations.
- Design and development of salary calculation logic (payroll schemes, functions, operations, salary components).
- Design and development of client solutions in SAP HCM (e.g., infotypes, reports, forms, standard extensions, payroll schema functions).
- Implementation of complex regulatory changes (e.g., Labor Code, taxes, reporting).
Requirements
- Experience in ABAP programming (ABAP OO is welcome).
- Experience with SAP HCM, particularly in the Payroll (PY) area.
- Knowledge of payroll schema mechanisms (functions, operations, PCR) and the ability to analyze and debug the calculation process.
- Experience in creating SAP extensions (User Exit, BADI, forms).
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Experience in working with client solutions (infotypes, reports, extensions).
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to communicate with analysts and business.
Nice to Have
- Experience in implementing regulatory changes in the human resources and payroll area.
- Knowledge of HR (PA), Working Time (PT), or Organizational Structure (OM) areas.
- Experience in system integration (REST/SOAP) or SAP BTP.
- Knowledge of SAP Success Factors, Fiori / UI5, Electronic Personnel Files, SAP Content Server, or BW HR.
