Responsibilities
As an SAP ABAP Developer (Mid-Senior), you will contribute to the design, development, and support of SAP solutions, working closely with functional consultants and other technical team members to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP ABAP applications and custom developments.
- Develop reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and integrations across SAP modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, PS, and PM.
- Work with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain solutions in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Apply SAP development standards and best practices to ensure maintainable and high-quality code.
- Participate in technical analysis, effort estimation, testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues and performance-related problems.
- Contribute to technical documentation, including technical specifications and development documentation.
- Collaborate with other developers, functional consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Stay up to date with modern SAP development approaches and technologies.
Requirements
- 3 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong knowledge of ABAP and ABAP Objects (ABAP OO).
- Hands-on experience with ALV reports, enhancements, BAdIs, user exits, and forms.
- Experience with SmartForms and/or Adobe Forms.
- Experience developing and maintaining SAP interfaces and integrations.
- Good understanding of SAP data structures, tables, and development concepts.
- Experience working with at least some of the following SAP modules: FI, CO, SD, MM, PS, PM.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with modern SAP development concepts such as CDS Views, OData, or Fiori/UI5 is a plus.
- Ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Nice to Have
- SAP BTP, including exposure to BTP-based development, services, or integrations.
- SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI.
