SAP ABAP Developer / SAP Consultant (HCM)

About the Position

We are seeking a SAP ABAP Developer / SAP Consultant (HCM) to join our team for remote work. Our company is a recognized expert in the technology sector, having successfully implemented, developed, and supported SAP-class IT systems for 19 years. We serve a wide range of organizations – from smaller businesses to large corporations around the world.

Responsibilities

• Implementing the SAP system and supporting SAP HCM system users
• Configuring the SAP HCM module
• Direct collaboration with clients on current system needs
• Handling requests from the Help Desk platform
• Participation in system development projects

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP HCM (modules PY, PA, PT, OM)
• Understanding of payroll processes and HR administration, including payroll schema and rule configuration
• Ability to configure SAP HCM systems according to client needs
• Experience in analyzing and resolving payroll and HR data-related issues
• Strong background in analyzing business processes, optimization, and project implementation
• Ability to debug errors and make changes in code (ABAP)
