About the Position

SAP Ariba Consultant

As a SAP Ariba Consultant, you will make an impact by designing and delivering end-to-end source-to-pay solutions that enhance procurement efficiency, supplier management, and compliance. You will be a valued member of the SAP Consulting team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, procurement leaders, and cross-functional teams across global operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end functional design and implementation of SAP Ariba solutions, including SLP, Supplier Risk, Procurement, Invoicing, and Contract Workbench
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Ariba configurations to optimize procurement and supplier lifecycle processes
  • Configure and enhance Ariba Invoicing, Contracts, and Procurement modules to improve automation, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Drive integration design and execution using Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) with SAP ERP and other systems
  • Provide production support, testing leadership, and user enablement to ensure stable deployments and adoption

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in SAP Ariba functional consulting, with focus on Source-to-Pay processes
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Ariba SLP, Supplier Risk, Procurement, Invoicing, and Contract Workbench
  • Experience configuring supplier lifecycle workflows, risk assessments, and procurement processes
  • Proven experience with Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) and integration with SAP ERP systems
  • Deep understanding of procurement lifecycle (requisitions, sourcing, POs, goods receipt, invoicing)
  • Experience in full lifecycle implementations, including design, testing, and deployment
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in claims, healthcare, or provider domains
  • Exposure to global Ariba rollouts or transformation programs
  • Knowledge of Ariba analytics and reporting for procurement optimization
  • SAP Ariba certification (SLP, Procurement, or Invoicing)
  • Experience enabling supplier onboarding and adoption through Ariba Network

Work Model

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days per week in a client or Cognizant office.
