SAP Basis and Architecture Technical Leader

We’re looking for an SAP Basis and Architecture Technical Leader to join our Consulting team in the Digital Transformation area in Mexico City or Bogotá, Colombia.

Responsibilities

• Design global architectures for SAP solutions.
• Define technical standards for interfaces.
• Define communication mechanisms between SAP systems and other systems.
• Participate in Brownfield projects, including the use of SPAU and SPDD transactions.
• Assess the impact of new features and solutions.
• Administer SAP BASIS environments.
• Manage DEV, QAS, and PRD landscapes.
• Perform client copies and refreshes.
• Manage transport requests.
• Implement SAP notes.
• Perform upgrades and install Enhancement Packages.
• Monitor the performance of SAP systems.
• Perform system sizing and dimensioning.

Requirements

• 5 to 12 years of experience in SAP environments.
• Experience with SAP BASIS and administering DEV, QAS, and PRD landscapes.
• Participation in Brownfield projects using SPAU and SPDD.
• Experience defining interfaces and integrations between SAP and other systems.
• Managed transports, client copies, refreshes, and SAP notes.
• Performed upgrades, Enhancement Package installations, and sizing activities.
• Team player with a strong technical mindset.
• Eager to learn at an international company like IDOM.
