About the Position
We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to manage and maintain SAP NetWeaver and S/4HANA systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain SAP NetWeaver and S/4HANA systems, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching
- Manage Oracle EBS and HANA database environments, performing routine DBA tasks, health checks, and troubleshooting
- Execute system upgrades, migrations (DMO, nZDM), and Unicode conversions with minimal downtime
- Perform system copies, refreshes, and recovery operations for Oracle and HANA databases
- Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and optimize database and application parameters
- Manage backup and restore procedures, ensuring data integrity and business continuity
- Apply patches (CPU, PSU, and technical patches) across all supporting products and technologies
- Troubleshoot performance issues and identify bottlenecks in large-scale EBS environments
- Configure and maintain high availability and disaster recovery solutions for SAP systems
- Support SAP system migrations to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) where applicable
