SAP Berater (w/m/d) SD/LE S/4HANA

SPIRIT/21 - Karriere is seeking a dedicated SAP Berater (w/m/d) SD/LE S/4HANA to join our team in Böblingen, Germany. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide expert SAP SD/LE consulting and project management, both remotely and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic consulting to our clients on SAP SD/LE, both remotely and on-site, and take on (partial) project leadership roles.
• Guide projects from the analysis of client requirements through to conception, implementation, and go-live.
• Analyze sales and logistics processes, develop suitable solutions, and optimize existing structures in SD/LE.
• Support clients in their transformation to SAP S/4HANA, developing practical solutions together.
• Prepare and conduct client workshops and presentations, conveying complex content in an understandable and practical manner.
• Assist the sales team in acquisition and presales activities, applying your expertise as needed.
• Work independently and closely with clients and teams, ensuring viable solutions even in complex project situations.

Requirements

• Completed relevant higher education or comparable training.
• At least three years of experience in SAP SD and/or LE, with cross-module and integrative SAP knowledge in the Private Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of business economics in sales and logistics processes (SD/LE).
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA, as well as in the conception, implementation, and customization of SD/LE, and familiarity with SAP best practices for S/4HANA transformation.
• Ability to analyze requirements systematically, recognize connections, and develop customer-oriented, practical solutions.
• Independent, analytical, and flexible working style, remaining solution-oriented even in changing project situations.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, with a willingness to work with clients and teams and readiness to travel throughout Germany.
