SAP Business Analyst (SD/MM)

About the Position

At QiBit, specialized in recruiting IT & Digital profiles, we are supporting an international retail client in hiring a SAP Business Analyst. The selected professional will ensure the integrity of end-to-end retail processes – from assortment planning to logistics execution – in SAP S/4HANA and integrated platforms, in a complex, high-volume retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the functional setup and maintenance of SAP modules (MM, SD, LE) and SAP CAR, ensuring stable support for retail operations.
• Translate daily business requirements from Merchandising and Supply Chain teams into functional and technical system tasks.
• Monitor data flows between SAP S/4HANA, SAP CAR and Analytics platforms, ensuring data quality for forecasting and inventory visibility.
• Execute functional test scenarios, UAT and regression tests for new releases and system enhancements.
• Produce functional documentation and deliver training to business users on SAP retail processes and best practices.
• Contribute to end-to-end operational design, with a direct impact on business performance and on the Group’s strategic ambitions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in SAP functional roles, preferably in Retail or Fashion Retail.
• Proven experience in retail, fashion or FMCG operations (Buying, Merchandising, Replenishment, Logistics, Forecasting, Promotions or Pricing).
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (MM/SD/Retail) and SAP CAR, ideally with exposure to planning tools.
• Degree in Information Technology, Business Systems or equivalent experience in SAP implementations.
• Solid understanding of core retail processes: buying/procurement, stock management, store operations, price and promotions management.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving and ability to work in a fast-paced transformation environment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken), comfortable interacting in an international client context.

Nice to Have

• SAP certifications.
• Knowledge of Agile/Hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, PMP, Prince2, ITIL).
• Familiarity with integration platforms, data quality/governance tools and automation technologies.

Conditions and Pay Transparency

Nos termos da Diretiva (UE) 2023/970, a remuneração base de entrada para esta função é de 43.000 € brutos anuais.
