About the Position

We are looking for a SAP Business Consultant to join our design teams.

We solve web and mobile applications for clients from many sectors, including banking, e-commerce, fintech, and automotive.

Responsibilities

Assess local business needs and identify any discrepancies from the global SAP template through detailed GAP analysis
Develop and align detailed functional specifications in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Design test scenarios, and lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality
Perform data validation and consistency checks, including interface and system integrations
Deliver training sessions for end users and prepare supporting documentation
Assist during go-live activities and provide post-deployment (Hypercare) support
Record and manage change requests, working closely with global teams to ensure alignment
Design technical and functional solutions for local change requests, focusing on banking-related processes, payment file formats, and integration with financial institutions
Configure Company Codes and Branches within the SAP system according to business and legal requirements

Hands-on experience using JIRA, Xray, and Confluence.
Skilled in documenting system changes, writing test cases, and delivering end-user training.
Strong background in banking system integration and payment processing, particularly within SAP FI and BC (Bank Communication) modules.
Experience working in financially regulated or audit-compliant environments.
Familiarity with the SAP FAST Template framework.
Solid understanding of financial reporting standards, including GAAP, IFRS, and US-GAAP.
Practical experience with banking file formats and their integration into ERP systems.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German is a plus.
